These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all transactions made on the website www.mathieulelay.com.
They apply exclusively to the sale of DVDs and Blu-Rays of author films directed by Mathieu Le Lay.
By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms.
The items available for purchase are DVDs and Blu-Rays.
Each product comes with a clear description to help you make an informed decision.
However, availability is limited to the stock shown on the site.
If a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT.
In addition, shipping costs are specified separately before the final order confirmation.
Orders must be placed exclusively through the website www.mathieulelay.com.
The buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information.
A confirmation email will be sent once the payment is validated.
Payment is made securely online, either by credit card via Stripe or via PayPal.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
Therefore, no item is shipped before payment confirmation.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and its destination.
Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier.
In the event of temporary unavailability (e.g., holidays, travel), additional delays may apply.
In such cases, you will be notified by email.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to justify your decision.

Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Unless we made a mistake, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Our products are covered by:
– the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code),
– the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
If a product is defective, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the item.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, severe weather, logistics issues).
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount of the order in dispute.
